AUKOM Metrologist Update
Target group: Production measurement engineer
This seminar is the optimal knowledge update for measurement engineers who attended AUKOM Level 2 and GD&T or Level 3 prior to 2020.
We want to support measurement engineers in their ongoing development process. Because only people who possess up-to-date knowledge can profitably communicate, reduce measurement uncertainties, and provide reliable and comparable measurement results.
The seminar is structured according to the latest didactic findings and is available as a 2-day online and face-to-face seminar.
Prerequisites: AUKOM Level 1, AUKOM Level 2 and AUKOM GD&T
The latest knowledge on the following topics is conveyed:
Form & position tolerances:
- Standard definitions, innovations in dimension, form and position according to ISO 1101, 14405 etc.
- Evaluation methods and modifiers
- Reference formation
- Verification of form and position tolerances. Similarities and differences in ISO and ASME, Principles
Sensor technology:
- Fringe projection, photogrammetry, computational tomography...
- Measurement result is not equal to measurement result; dealing with different sensors
Measurement strategy:
- Creation of measurement strategies; optimal application and prerequisites for the use of filters and compensation algorithms
PMI:
- PMI current status, challenges, future postential
Conclusion: Certificate; the participant also receives the AUKOM Metrologist Certificate on completion of AUKOM Metrologist Update.
